Island Krk offers much more than just the sun and the sea! Apart from summer fiestas, there are various events organised in spring as well as in the autumn, which makes Krk a perfect place for a short break outside the summer peak season.

Krk likes to keep its beaches and harbour clean. Now in its fourth year, this Krk diving action has the aim of cleaning Krk City harbour and nearby beaches in order to protect its delicate eco-system. Last year saw more than 300 divers take part, majority of whom arrived from Slovenia, Italy, Hungary, Austria and Croatia.

Welcome again to Krk Jazz Live Festival! Whether you are a visitor or participant, this event has something for all. As a part of "Krk Music Live" programme, this year the City of Krk is again a host of International Jazz Summer School and Jazzart festival - for the third time. In the evenings during the event there will be jazz concerts and the hot summer nights bring in jazz jamming sessions! Find out more....
Krk Fair is annual three-day manifestation held in Krk City since medieval times. Whilst in the past this was a trade fair with merchants arriving on ships from all over the Europe, these days Krk Fair is an event aimed mostly at tourists and visitors. Enjoy open air concerts, the town folks dressed in medieval clothes, treasure hunt and much more. View the photos and video from last year's Krk Fair and come and join us this year!
Gastronomy event based around figs, as this is a time when figs are being harvested. This event is centered around a large selection of Island Krk restaurants who will all offer food and drink tasting based on figs.
