Villas and holiday houses Poduniz

The newly built two adjacent (semi-detached) holiday houses, each accommodating six people. Each holiday house is equipped with vintage furniture manually restored in a shabby chic style. A relaxing view of the olive grove and the partial view of the sea can be enjoyed from the covered terace/patio. Villa Poduniž is situated in a quiet part of Punat and is surrounded by a large fenced plot with a large parking lot, garden and an olive grove. In the shadow of the olive trees, there is a wooden table with a barbecue where guests can gather and relax.

Everything was great (first and foremost the weather :-)). The house was excellent, very nicely decorated and very clean. Everything with the reservation went smoothly. Thank you for the service!

We are truly delighted with the accomodation Vila Poduniz. Vila is nicely located with spacious garden, calm and quiet. The beach is nearby. Interior of the villa is exceptional and unique. It is very clean, every detail is perfect, a lot of effort was put by hosts to make you feel like at home. It is very personal with its shaby chic style and you will admire each detail that was chosen or hand made by hosts. House is very well equiped, there is everything you may need. Towels are soft and clean as well as bed sheets and everything smells so nice. Hosts are so kind and warm, they take care of every detail and are very friendly and generous. We would highly recommend the house and will stay there again for sure.
